Kernel Log: Records the various stages of the Antminer's operation, and provides troubleshooting services for some common problems.
کرنل لاگ: عملیات های مختلف ماینر را ثبت می کند و برای حل مشکلات بکار می آید.
How to view the kernel log: After entering the background of the miner, click "System", and then find the "Kernel Log" option.

Seven common fault phenomena and solutions in the log
The following failure phenomena are from the Antminer S9 series of mining machines, and other Antminer models are for reference only.

1. Fan Error ارور فن
If the fan of the miner does not rotate or the fan does not reach the required speed, the kernel log will display the following statement:

(1) Ensure the fan connector is fully inserted into the socket and the fan cable is not damaged. (The picture below is an example of a bad socket and a bad cable)
چک کنید که سوکت فن بصورت کامل در جای خود قرار گرفته باشد و آسیب ندیده باشد.
(2) Replace a good fan for testing. If the problem cannot be solved, replace the control board. یک فن جدید را برای تست فراهم کنید و تست نمایید
(3) Reset the miner to factory settings. ماینر را به حالت تنظیمات اولیه برگردانید
(4) If the problem still cannot be solved, please send the miner to a professional repair center for repair. اگر مشکل برطرف نشد به یک متخصص تعمیرات ماینر مراجعه نمایید.

2. PIC Error ارور پیک
If the kernel log shows: اگر در کرنل لاگ ارور بصورت زیر باشد
(1) Check whether the signal wire in the control board is well connected. (The left cable in the below picture is a "not connected well" example) چک کردن کابل سیگنال یا کابل دیتای ماینر
(2) Replace a good control board for testing. Update the correct latest firmware. تعویض کنترل برد یا یک کنترل برد جدید برای تست.
3. Hash board problem مشکلات هش برد
Examples of kernel logs such as missing chips and missing hash boards can look like this:
اگر خطاهای زیر را در ماینر ببینید، یعنی برخی از چیپ های هش برد دچار مشکل شده است.
Solution: راه حل
(1) Missing chip: replace the power supply to ensure that the miner is well-grounded. پاور ماینر را عوض کنید و با یک پاور دیگر چک کنید و مطمئن شوید که ماینر اتصال زمین یا ارث دارد.
(2) Hash board missing: Ensure that the cable is in good condition and placed correctly. اگر یک هشبرد نشان داده نمی شود، کابل هش برد را چک کنید که سالم باشد و درست وصل شده باشد.
4. CRC error counter is high ارور سی آر سی زیاد باشد
Solution: راه حل
It may be that the chip is unstable. Try to reload the firmware and replace the power supply to test. ممکن است که چیپ ناپایدار باشد. فریمور را مجددا لود نمایید و با یک پاور نو تست نمایید.
5. Network issues مشکلات شبکه
Solution: راه حل
Check network settings, Ethernet cables, connectors, routers or switches. It is recommended to consult a professional network engineer. این موارد را چک نمایید: تنظیمات شبکه، کابل شبکه، کانکتورها، روتر یا سوئیچ یا مودمی که به اینترنت وصل است. پیشنهاد می شود با یک مهندس شبکه حرفه ای تماس بگیرید.
6. Overtemp protection محافظت دمای بیش از حد
If the temperature is too high, the miner will stop working. You can find the following text in the kernel log:
اگر دما خیلی زیاد باشد، ماینر کار نمی کند. این جمله زیر در کرنل لاگ نمایش داده میشود
7. Failed to connect to the mining pool عدم اتصال به استخر ماینینگ
Solution: راه حل
(1) Make sure you have entered the correct mining pool address. مطمئن شوید که آدرس استخر ماینینگ صحیح وارد شده است.
(2) Ping the pool to see if it is connected. آدرس استخر را پینگ کنید و ببینید صحیح است یا نه
(3) Test whether the network is normal. شبکه را چک کنید که نرمال باشد.
